The upcoming season for the Austin Traditional Jazz Society will be special, as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the organization – and the 20th anniversary of Silver Creek Jazz, the ATJS house band.

May 13, 1977, marked the first concert sponsored by ATJS. The season has since grown to hosting seven concerts – including the traditional jazz jam open to all musicians. Stay tuned to this web page as concerts are announced.

ATJS Concerts are at Ben Hur Shrine Temple, 7811 Rockwood Lane, near Anderson Lane and MoPac    There is plenty of free parking available.  The hall contains a large dance floor.  Snacks, beer, wine and sodas are available. Patrons can bring their own food.  ATJS concerts are family friendly. 

Concerts are free to ATJS members. Guests may enter for $12 and college students with ID and members of the Austin Jazz Society are $5.
